The item(s) must be returned by receipted delivery system in unworn, pristine condition with all original packaging, receipts and any other documentation. Due to health and hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. You must obtain a return authorisation number by contacting our office by email (support@withlove.com).

You will need to state a reason for the return before you are issued with your confirmation number.  The items can only be refunded to the original card. Returned items should be insured by you and sent “special delivery” or “signed for”, at your expense.  We will then inspect the item and upon approval, refund your card. Any damage sustained during a return as a result of inadequate packaging will result in the warranty for goods being declared null & void. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
